The rich history of Hawaiian cattle ranching began when King Kamehameha III imported Mexican, Indian and Spanish vaqueros to train the Hawaiians. Paniolos were actively working cattle long before many of the Western United States had begun this tradition!

So come on down and join us for an upcountry hoe-down to celebrate the annual Hawaiian round-up. Grab yer pardner – you’re in store for a truly fine Hawaiian style Paniolo Party.

Mosey on down Main Street past the General Store and the Sheriff’s Jail, then on over to the “Last Chance Saloon” for a refreshing drink.

When they sound the triangle, hustle on down to the Chuck Wagons – we’ve been busy cookin’ up some of the best fixins’ around.

Don’t get too full now – ’cause the fiddler’s warmin’ up, the Can Can Dancers are fluffin’ their ruffles and the square dancin’s gonna begin right soon!!
