The dress is casual but don't be afraid to wear the chic fashions you brought with you in this restaurant. This place is hip.

Gerard’s Set in a very romantic, Victorian-style hotel called the Plantation Inn, guests have the option of dining amid the white wicker, pink cabbage roses and antique chests in the dining room or outside on the verandah in sort of a southern plantation setting.

Chef/Owner, Gerard Reversade, winner of several fine dining awards presents cuisine that is inspired by island products, yet faithful to French culinary principles.

Longhi’s Located in Old Lahaina Town, this popular sidewalk cafe setting is across from the ocean in full view of the whales and fabulous Maui sunsets.

Homemade pastas, fresh seafood, specially prepared veal and steaks and a variety of Italian favorites highlight the menu, which is verbal, rather than written, allowing the waitstaff to keep guests informed of the constantly changing dishes from their kitchen.

Pacific’O Situated at 505 Front Street, one of Maui’s sunniest beaches, is an oasis of contemporary Pacific cuisine, “Pacific’O.” Here, the best of Hawai‘i and the Pacific are infused with the painstaking love of the Old World tradition and happily married in a priceless setting.

Executive Chef James McDonald presents many exciting flavors of the islands and offers exceptionally fresh to your open-air seaside table.

I‘o Located right on the beach in Lahaina on Front Street, I‘o is a fine dining restaurant focusing on Asian and Hawaiian-influenced cuisine with an emphasis on local fresh fish and seafood, as well as impeccable service with “aloha.” I‘o adds a new twist to Pacific Rim Cuisine by creating a new, exotic and delicious menu. Diners may wish to try some wild hand-picked pohole ferns, exotic fruits, unusual sushi dishes or tantalizing meat courses.
Kimo’s Located on the waterfront in the center of Old Lahaina Town, Kimo’s is known for its great fresh fish, delicious prime rib, attentive service and incredible sunsets. The restaurant is open air and the rich dark koa wood decor features photographs from the early days of life in Lahaina.
Chez Paul Five miles south of Lahaina in tiny Olowalu, Chez Paul has enjoyed a long-term reputation based on its excellent food and service. The menu includes veal, fish, duck and beef prepared in classic French style. Chez Paul offers two dinner seatings nightly.
