The Plantation House
Located within the award-winning Plantation Estate Golf Clubhouse in Kapalua, The Plantation House Restaurant offers elegant yet casual open-air dining with spectacular ocean and neighbor island views serving Hawaiian/Mediterranean Style Cuisine. Borrowing from all local and island cultures, the chef uses only the freshest of the island’s produce and seafood.

Sansei
Located in Kapalua Resort & Kihei, the Japanese word means “born third generation” in Hawaii, and Dave Kodama, owner and executive chef, embodies all that is fresh, innovative and Hawaiian in Hawaii Regional Cooking. Sansei is famous for its traditional and creative sushi and fresh preparations of Hawaiian seafood.

Pineapple Grill

Hula Grill
Located at Whaler’s Village on famous Kaanapali Beach, Hula Grill features award-winning oceanfront dining at its best.

Reminiscent of a 1930s Hawaiian beach house, Hula Grill features a nostalgic setting characteristic of the style conceived by renowned island architect C.W. Dickey. Its beachfront location combined with its warm koa wood walls, collection of hula girl figurines, antique koa canoes and Hawaiian memorabilia evoke memories of a more romantic Hawaii.

This beachfront bistro's cuisine is described as Hawaii Regional Seafood. Celebrated Chef Peter Merriman has designed a menu that embraces the diverse cooking traditions of island cultures with the freshest ingredients.

Leilani’s
This island style fish and steakhouse is a favorite of both visitors and residents alike. The upstairs dining room offers panoramic ocean views as well as such specialties as fresh fish, lamb, king crab & prime rib.

Downstairs, just steps from the beach, the Beachside Grill and cocktail lanai offers the perfect spot for a light meal and "pau hana" (work is done) & live Hawaiian entertainment.

Opened in 1983, Leilani's on the Beach is known for offering one of the best sunset viewing spots in Kaanapali, with its amazing vantage point of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. That, coupled with its casual ambiance, memorable menu and gracious hospitality, makes it a popular spot for both locals and visitors.

Roy’s Kaanapali

Gerard's
Set in a very romantic, Victorian-style hotel called the Plantation Inn, guests have the option of dining amid the white wicker, pink cabbage roses and antique chests in the dining room or outside on the verandah in sort of a southern plantation setting.

Chef/Owner, Gerard Reversade, winner of several fine dining awards presents cuisine that is inspired by island products, yet faithful to French culinary principles.

Longhi's
Located in Old Lahaina Town, this popular sidewalk cafe setting is across from the ocean in full view of the whales and fabulous Maui sunsets.

Homemade pastas, fresh seafood, specially prepared veal and steaks and a variety of Italian favorites highlight the menu, which is verbal, rather than written, allowing the waitstaff to keep guests informed of the constantly changing dishes from their kitchen.

Lahaina Grill
Located in the authentically restored restaurant in the historic and romantic Lahaina Hotel.

Phrases like "innovative", "imaginative food", "a very sophisticated bistro", "intimate and inviting" and "an ascendant star in Maui's culinary galaxy" have been used by food critics to describe this restaurant.

The dress is casual but don't be afraid to wear the chic fashions you brought with you in this restaurant. This place is hip.

Pacific’O
Situated at 505 Front Street, one of Maui's sunniest beaches, is an oasis of contemporary Pacific cuisine, "Pacific’O". Here, the best of Hawaii and the Pacific are infused with the painstaking love of the Old World tradition and happily married in a priceless setting.

Executive Chef James McDonald presents many exciting flavors of the islands and offers exceptionally fresh caught fish, delicious organic fruits and vegetables in spectacular presentations.

Kimo’s
Located on the waterfront in the center of Old Lahaina Town, Kimo's is known for its great fresh fish, delicious prime rib, attentive service and incredible sunsets.
The restaurant is open air and the rich dark koa wood decor features photographs from the early days of life in Lahaina.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House
Specializing in USDA prime steaks and chops cooked on a specially designed broiler that sears in the flavors and locks in the juices. Also featured are island fish and Hawaiian lobster tails

Mala Ocean Tavern
Mark and Judy Ellman, who owned the memorable Avalon Restaurant some years ago, gutted a small restaurant space on the water near Mala Wharf and created a sophisticated, light-filled Restaurant and Bar.

A menu statement explains the concept. Small plates, organic whenever possible, whole grains, no preservatives, no hydrogenated oils and everything inproportion.

Mama’s Fish House

Nick’s Fishmarket
Located on the grounds of the beautiful Kea Lani Hotel, Nick’s Fishmarket features fresh seafood, Maine lobster, steak, veal, chicken and pasta dishes, all prepared with an innovative flair to classic cuisine. Nick’s also features a spectacular 2,000 bottle wine cellar with the finest selection of spirits served from the bar.

Joe's Nuevo Latino Restaurant & Tequila Bar
Remodeled and rebranded in May, 2015, Joe's Nuevo Latino Restaurant & Tequila Bar celebrates the incredible diversity of food from Latino communities around the world. Guests will enjoy a culinary journey designed to introduce the best, most inspired Latin flavors blended with fresh, local ingredients.

The menu features small and large plates, all equally sharable and includes their interpretation of classic dishes from around Central and South America, the Caribbean and Spain.

Tommy Bahama’s
The newest Tommy Bahama’s Tropical Café and Emporium is located in The Shops at Wailea on the island of Maui.
